What drivers ask before they hire anyone

Will someone really answer in Spanish?

Corina and Rosendo do, on the phone, at the office and in court. Emmitt works in English, and one of them joins any Spanish-speaking client's meetings with him.

How much will this cost?

You get our price in writing before you pay anything. A DUI that goes to trial is quoted separately once the court date is set. Fines and court costs are separate and go to the court.

Should I talk to the other driver's insurer or the prosecutor?

Call us first. What you say can be used, and we'd rather you hear your options before you say anything.

What if I can't come to Las Cruces?

First calls are often by phone or video, and some court dates can be handled without you in person. Ask about yours.

My case is in another county.

We appear across Doña Ana County. For other counties we tell you honestly whether we can travel or who to call instead.

I already pleaded guilty. Is it too late?

Not always, but the windows to reopen a case are short. Call us with the paperwork and we'll say if one is still open.

What should I not do?

Don't drive on a suspended license, skip a court date or ignore a notice. Each one creates a worse problem than the one you have.

Do you take cases you can't win?

Sometimes the best result is a plea or a reduced charge, and we tell you so. We never promise a result.

Not on the list? Ask us directly.

Send your question, or call and ask it out loud.
