Five steps
From first call to last court date
- 01
Step 1: Tell us what happened
Use the list on the home page, call or text, or send the form. A few facts are enough: the date, the charge and your license type.
- 02
Step 2: We read the paper
The citation, the notice, any test results. We pull out every date and put the license deadline at the top.
- 03
Step 3: You get a plan and a price
In writing, in your language, before you pay anything. If we can't help, we say so and point you to someone who can.
- 04
Step 4: We answer each deadline
A hearing request, a plea, a motion, a response to the prosecutor. You see a copy of everything we file.
- 05
Step 5: You decide, with the facts
Negotiate, contest or go to trial. We lay out what each choice risks and what it could save, and the choice is yours.
Who gets paid for what
Our fee is one part of what a case can cost. Here is the rest, so none of it surprises you.
What we charge
Quoted in writing before you pay. A ticket and a DUI trial are priced very differently, and we say so up front.
The court and the state
Fines, court costs and license reinstatement fees go to them, not to us. We tell you which to expect.
Everything around the case
Classes, alcohol tests, ignition interlock and bail bonds are paid to the companies that provide them.
Step one is a few facts
It starts with a few facts and the papers you have.
